I just had my brakes checked at Twin City Auto for a noise I was hearing and they were very knowledgeable, fast, honest and affordable. They even suggested waiting until my next full service to fix it to save money but were more willing to squeeze me in because I didn’t want to wait. Will definitely be going back for all my car needs.

I recently purchased a Boss Plow from Twin City Auto. Every step of the way Mike and his team provided excellent care and feedback. Once I picked up my vehicle Mike took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The team and Twin City is professional and polite. We had had some regular maintenance done with no issues at all. Communication from the shop assessment and quotes to she's ready to pick up. Suddenly we found ourselves with a last minute need before a trip. Got us scheduled and taken care of with time to spare. Let us know what we needed and what we didn't. I just want to say that i was super pleased with the excellent customer service i received by Kayla she kept me informed step by step in all the repairs for my truck and even when i though it could not be fixed they proved me wrong this is for sure one of the best mechnic shops i have ever been to i will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had a serious mechanical issue outside of Scottsbluff on a Friday afternoon, limped back to town and found Twin City Auto. What a find. They are so great, got someone on it, found the problem and came up with the solution. They are honest, capable and friendly. Would be happy to work with them in the future.
