I like Twin City Auto service but after looking at my bill for service noticed that I had declined an item of service. This isn't the first time my bill has showed I declined something. I was told about the concern when I was paying my bill but wasn't asked if I wanted it done yesterday was just told they would check it the next time I was in. How can you put decline on something that the customer hasn't declined.
Hi Barb, Sorry about the word declined.... it is the way we track things that we want to make sure we remember the next time you come in. You take great care of your car and we know you didn't decline. I wish our program gave us a choice of a different word for this reason. Nathan and the tech didn't feel like it was something that needed attention just because it was such a small amount to top it off. We had planned to pay particular attention to that on the next visit, if the level drops, we will certainly recommend a pressure test to see where it might be leaking. If you would like to do it right away, we can certainly do that. We will brainstorm another method to keep track of things like this so it doesn't look like you didn't take care of something we recommended. We will give you a call to see how you would like to do it. Sorry again for the confusion. Mike
