As a sprinter van owner operator, I drive state to state all day long dropping of loads. As I was driving thru Nebraska, my oil light came on but the oil was full. I cannot afford to take days off while loading. Luckily I found twin auto early in the morning and they were able to do a diagnostic check and correct the problem. Within an hour or so, I was good to go back on the road. Thanks Kayla for your help.

I recently took my car in for an oil change and the team noticed that my brakes squeeked. They called to ask if they could do a brake inspection and I am sure glad that they did. It turns out my brakes were in need of help and I had not even suspected. They also were very nice about keeping me informed about every step. When I had remembered something else about something I needed checked they did so in a timely manner. I had my car back within a couple of days. I have always had good service at Twin City auto. I will continue to have my car needs done by Twin City Auto.

As before, great service, honest people. I'll continue to bring any of our vehicles here for whatever we need.

My husband and I were incredibly satisfied with Twin City Autos service. I loved how detailed they were with what they did with our vehicle in the report they gave us. They are also very accommodating! It's nice to have a Shop that makes you feel like they've got your back!! If possible I will always return for their service.

Chris and Kayla were great to work with! The facility is very clean and the quoting process is accurate and professional. They helped us find the most cost effective way to repair the A/C in my daughters car and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Twin City Auto!
